 Earning Reward Points

Reward points are now calculated based on your membership tier. The higher your tier, the more points you earn with every purchase.

Membership Tier - Points Earned per MYR 1 Spent

Bronze Member - 0.03 points

Silver Member - 0.04 points

Gold Member - 0.05 points

Platinum Member - 0.06 points

Redeeming Reward Points

• Reward points can be redeemed on future purchases as per the redemption policy set by Soup Culture.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with another account.

Points Expiry

• Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

General Terms

• Soup Culture reserves the right to modify or terminate the reward points program at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of points and account suspension.
